Artdez Studio – License Agreement

This license outlines how our digital products can be used, both personally and commercially. Whether you’re downloading free assets or purchasing premium files, this agreement ensures our products are used fairly while protecting both you (the buyer) and Artdez Studio (the creator). By purchasing or downloading any product from the Artdez Studio marketplace, you agree to the terms of this license. We offer a wide range of digital products. These products are available through our marketplaces where Artdez Studio operates.

Unless otherwise stated (e.g., for exclusive custom orders), all digital products sold or given as freebies are licensed under the Free Product License, which outlines the allowed and prohibited uses of our assets.

1. Standard License (Personal & Commercial Use)

This license applies to all products labeled or marked as “Free” on our marketplaces. Free mockups, templates, graphics, or books downloaded from Artdez Studio are covered under this same standard license. You may use them for personal and commercial use as long as you respect the terms above.

✅ Permitted Uses:

• Use in personal and commercial projects.

• Modify, customize, and print assets for personal or client work.

• Use in social media posts, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.

❌ Restrictions:

• You may not resell or redistribute the original source files (PSD, AI, PDF, etc.) and license text file.

• You may not include these assets in design bundles, marketplaces, or file-sharing platforms.

However, the artwork must be part of a complete and unique final product. You may not publish or sell raw source files.

2. Exclusive License (FREEDOM)

This license applies to digital products sold under the “Exclusive License” label, including premium mockups and design assets where extended usage is granted. This license is for one individual or one business entity. It provides full usage rights without further permissions needed.

✅ Permitted Uses:

• Use for unlimited commercial and personal projects.

• Modify, adapt, and customize the files freely.

• Resell or redistribute the modified files on any platform.

• Use in merchandise, POD platforms, client work, and digital or printed products for resale.

❌ Restrictions:

• You may not use or include the name, logo, or branding of Artdez Studio when redistributing or reselling the product.
